President George W. Bush today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to Bethlehem to attend the Palestine Investment Conference May 21-23, 2008.
The Honorable Robert M. Kimmitt, Deputy Secretary, Department of the Treasury, will lead the delegation.

The Palestine Investment Conference will feature high-ranking leaders of the public and private sector from the West Bank/Gaza, Middle East, United States, Europe and elsewhere. The conference aims to encourage the growth of a private –sector led Palestinian economy.
ATFP board member George Salem, Esq. who co-chaired the US-Palestinian Partnership's committee supporting the Palestine Investment Conference will join fellow ATFP board members Fuad Sahouri, Randa Masri and Adnan Mjalli, Ph.D. who will also be attending the conference.
