Originally Palestinian, Yazan Mustafa is a current student at The George Washington University, pursuing a degree in International Affairs. He spent most of his life growing up in Oakton, Virginia, but moved to Amman, Jordan for high school. He frequently visits both Jordan and Palestine. Yazan has felt attached to the Palestinian movement since he was a child and intends to pursue a career helping Palestine become a fortified and stable country. Yazan has chosen to intern for the ATFP to learn about the issue more in depth and hopefully find a way to contribute to his country.
