Ashley will be graduating from American University in May with a BA in International Studies and a minor in Arabic. She is the Director of Women’s Initiative, a non-partisan department of the Student Government that promotes policy and programs of particular interest to women. Ashley studied at the American University in Cairo in fall 2007, and cannot wait to return to the Middle East and travel more extensively through the region. She is currently taking suggestions for post-graduation plans.
