Two Palestinian vehicles were torched and vandalized Tuesday night in a refugee camp near Ramallah just several hours after a similar incident in the West Bank, Israel Radio reported Wednesday.

Perpetrators lit two cars on fire and spray painted them with slogans reading: "Revenge on the Arabs" and "Freedom for the homeland."

Security forces were called into the Jalazun refugee camp north of Ramallah and launched an investigation after reports of Israelis entering the camp, Israel Radio reported.

So-called "price tag" vandalism attacks have been carried out by Jewish extremists against Palestinians as well as Israeli army forces and left-wing activists, in retaliation for the demolitions of Jewish settlements.

Earlier on Tuesday, two Palestinian cars were torched and spray painted near Hebron.

The slogans read "One year since murder" and "Revenge," referring to a deadly September 2011 accident in which Asher Palmer, a Jewish settler, and his one-year-old son were killed in their car after it was stoned by Palestinians.

Palestinian National Authority officials told the Ynet news site that "price tag" acts were likely to increase in the coming days due to the impending evacuation of the Migron outpost.

The outpost was built on private Palestinian land in 2006 and was ruled illegal by the Israeli Supreme Court, which ordered its evacuation.

After several court deliberations in petitions opposing the evacuation, filed by the state and residents there, the deadline for the evacuation was set to Aug. 1.

However, another petition was filed by the residents, claiming they could prove they legitimately purchased the premises from its Palestinian owner.

The Supreme Court should deliver its ruling about the outpost, home to 17 Jewish families, in the upcoming days.

On Sunday, police arrested three suspects, aged 12 and 13, allegedly involved in throwing a firebomb at a Palestinian taxi, injuring six Palestinians on Aug. 16.
