Sara is a recent graduate from Miami University in Oxford, OH. At Miami, she earned a BA in Speech Communication (Interpersonal/Relational) and minored in both Political Science and Middle East and Islamic Studies. After studying Arabic in Amman, Jordan during the summer of 2010, and through participation in Model Arab League, she became interested in the issue of Palestinian statehood and in the relationship between Israel and the Arab World. Given her background with nonprofit organizations, she hopes to obtain a MA in development studies through an international platform in the near future.
